As the Functional Coach and Project Manager for The Winner’s Circle, John Kairouz provides over 10 years of expertise in strategic planning and business development.  He has an outstanding track record in leading companies through multiple-systems implementations. 

As a graduate of the International Business Management program at Notre Dame University, John has put his skills to use for many years in the Investment and Real Estate fields.  He served on the Presidents Council with Countrywide implementing and creating new tools, such as the ‘loan calc’ which has since become the primary resource for operations.

John is a big believer in aligning the talents of his clients with the appropriate systems to support success.  He joined The Winner’s Circle in order to enhance the balance between our clients – technology relation.

As an experienced senior project manager and executive, John has:

• Provided IT Governance (PMO) program – project management and leadership to other managers managing multiple deliverables including administration, profit and loss, application, infrastructure, professional services and customer service functions. Support for profit and loss, M&A and operational business restructuring.
• Directed strategic planning, tactical implementation and project engagements for budgets of 14 million dollars combined.
  
• Communicated and report to executive level management project operations and technical development status, including financial and project performance, budgets (BCWS), performance (BCWP) and estimates to complete (ETC).
• Monitored progress against the project plans, managing project issues SPI/CPI, reviewing project risks and initiating risk minimization actions and issues with the program.
• Develop working relationships with all internal departments to support product and operations. Negotiate and manage multiple vendors including service level and technical level agreements.
• Sourced vendors for managed application solutions to reduce costs for technical and business operations. Offsite vendor management and capabilities review.
• Improved delivery of projects by prioritized and aligned milestones with business strategy, critical path management, scope, risk mitigation and tactical delivery. PMO IT Governance, PMI, PMBOK, CMMI, SLDC methodologies using MS Project for schedule development and reporting.
